Krissy’s summer bootcamp is a must for those seeking a physical challenge and rush of endorphins. While not for the faint of heart, it is a progressive program which builds you up. Her program encompasses plyometrics, strength, cardio, interval training, and Tabata. Krissy keeps it fresh and innovative in a no frills setting.  I am not a morning person, so the fact that I arose at 5:30 twice a week of my own accord in the summer is a huge testament to the allure of Krissy!  You will definitely tap into your inner athlete!

I workout to Krissy Moore – Commit to Be FIT at least 3 to 4 x’s a week. Her routines are a variety of HIIT, AMRAP, TABATA, SPRINT TRAINING interspersed with Heavy Weights, Body Weight or even low impact. Oh, and her routines are FUN, easy to follow either online or to simply print off the site, each perfectly tailored for a plethora of fitness needs. Results are the key and with Krissy’s knowledge of nutrition, fitness and even the rigors of a busy life ( She’s a momma of three ) she’ll help you achieve the body you desire and the attitude and drive to make it about your long term health. I do them! I love them! They are challenging and the structure is different from workout to workout. I like that you use a lot of compound weighted moves. I have done a lot of workouts of yours using my bosu, my barbell, by TRX… I like the use of equipment.
