As a personal trainer, the most rewarding feeling is helping others achieve their goals. While working at different gyms in and around the NYC/NJ area, I did just this from 5:30am-10pm at night for years. I loved having that one on one connection with my clients and loved seeing them progress and watching them step into the shoes of their ‘fitter’ self! Fast forward five years later, and now a stay at home mother of three, I don’t have the ability to work those hours anymore, but still love training one on one!

With my online training, I create specific workouts tailored to you and your goals. I work with what you have. If you only have a set of dumbbells and nothing else with no gym membership, that is what I will use to help you meet your goals. NO fancy club and no expensive equipment! I created a name for myself on Youtube for doing just that! All my workouts and programs, take place in my basement, yard or at the local football track. With this in mind, I can create programs to meet YOUR goals, on YOUR time, for a fraction of what it would cost to train with me in person.

I don’t have a one size fits all training package, because I understand that everyone has different needs.
